Veracruz tropical semi-evergreen forest, seasonal forest and tropical evergreen forest is the home to a variety of butterflies, Blue morpho, Banded peacock, Clearwing sp,  Dark Kite Swallowtail, Mountain Heliconian,, Swordtail beautymark, White peacock .
